The Penthouse has all the amenities your heart could desire, making your holiday as comfortable as possible. All bedrooms are en-suite and have ample cupboard space, air conditioning, a dressing table which can double as a workspace, superior quality bedding and mattresses ensuring you get the perfect nights' rest that you so deserve.
The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, electric stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, tumble drier, clothes rack, iron and ironing board is kept in the garage for all your laundry needs.
The property has a communal garden and pool and there is a pedestrian gate giving you access to the beach and tidal pool in front of the property.
Awake to the rejuvenating sounds of the Indian Ocean waves and enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace with a sublime view.
No doubt the kids will want to hit the beach early, take your pick of tidal pool, rock pools or Lucien Beach a short walk away.

Lucien Beach is the blue flag beach on the North end of Margate Beach. It has lifeguards, shark nets and is safe for swimming.
The Penthouse is on Lilliecrona Avenue which extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo Beach, this 2.5km stretch of road is very popular for walking, jogging, and cycling, especially in the early morning and late evenings.
As well as lovely natural rock pools along the rocks between these two beaches there is also a large tidal pool, ideal for families with young children.
The weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter.
With hot and humid summers from October to April and mild, dry winters May to September, whenever you travel, sub-tropical KwaZulu-Natal will provide warmth. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the warm Mozambican current, seldom drops below 19 degrees celsius, perfect for swimming and snorkelling.
If flying into King Shaka International Airport, The Penthouse is 160km drive southbound on the modern N2 Toll highway to the Uvongo turnoff, less than 3km's from the apartment. Margate Airport provides a convenient alternative to travellers, a mere 7km's away from the apartment, with CemAir offering daily flights to and from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. Both airports have a number of car hire companies from which to rent a car during your stay.
